Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients as an Armed Patrol Driver, conducting routine patrols and responding to security concerns at a food and beverage production and distribution location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by performing security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm, professional communication, coordinating with site management and first responders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, yards, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Control access at gates, docks, and interior checkpoints by verifying credentials and directing traffic.
• Complete written and electronic reports, maintain required logs, and follow all armed post requirements for equipment handling and storage.

Requirements

• Armed Guard Card and/or license
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
