As Security Officer and Leader of the Guard and Protection Element at the Danish Naval Center for Weapons (VBC), you will be central to the continued development and operation of a professional military guard covering Sjællands Odde and its resident authorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a professional guard organization responsible for planning, operating, and developing security for the entire Sjællands Odde Garrison.
- Prepare, maintain, and develop guard instructions and service regulations.
- Manage the budget for your area and contribute to the planning and execution of major events and operational activities.
- Provide advice on security and guarding matters.
- Handle case processing within your professional area and assist the IT Security Officer and the Head of the Guard and Protection Element.
Requirements
- Ability to be security cleared to CLASSIFIED level.
- Experience in personnel management
- Experience in guard and protection (ideally)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
- Ability to make quick decisions
