The Infanterifaglærer (Infantry Instructor) will be responsible for planning and conducting courses related to weapon and material training for Panserinfanteri (Armored Infantry) and Mekaniseret Infanteri (Mechanized Infantry) at Forsvaret (The Danish Defence). This role involves providing combat troop training for future non-commissioned officers and officers within the INF-element of the section, ensuring a high professional standard in the combat troops.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct courses in collaboration with course leaders and team leaders
- Primary focus on weapon and material training
- Act as a feedback provider during activities
- Perform minor case processing tasks
- Support the section's implementation of leader training for combat troops
Requirements
- Appointed Oversergent (Staff Sergeant)
- Solid experience from SRS KATR, including NK/DEL role
- Experience as a squad leader and second-in-command in a PNINF- or MEKINFDEL unit
Qualifications
- Solid experience from SRS KATR, including experience as NK/DEL
Nice to Have
- Cross-trained and experienced as an instructor for all dismounted infantry weapons
- RDO 152 instructor certification
- Experience as a crypto custodian
