Lead and manage the Logistics Department, ensuring timely and quality task completion for the Home Guard Command. Supervise and allocate resources across the department's diverse responsibilities, which include logistics, material administration, safety, and communication systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as deputy to the department head
- Lead and manage the department's overall operations, ensuring timeliness and quality of tasks
- Allocate resources for task resolution across different functional areas
- Lead and distribute department tasks
- Ensure quality assurance of the department's written products
Requirements
- Major or Lieutenant Commander M331, or pursuing a Master in Military Studies
- Experience and/or knowledge in at least one of the department's areas of responsibility
- Strong communicative skills
- Experience with staff methodology and processes
- Analytical skills
- Ability to think holistically
- Ability to follow cases to completion
Qualifications
- Master in Military Studies or currently pursuing
- Experience as Major or Lieutenant Commander M331, or an experienced Captain/Lieutenant Commander pursuing a Master in Military Studies. Experience and/or knowledge of at least one of the department's areas of responsibility.
