Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by performing after-hours patrol duties, monitoring facilities, and providing customer service. This role involves driving between locations and documenting observations to help deter security incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying identification, and directing individuals to appropriate locations
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities as directed and notifying appropriate personnel
- Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and hazardous conditions
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and other facility systems when assigned, document readings and observations, and report irregularities
- Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and service requests, and communicate updates to leadership and site contacts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Qualifications
