Security Officer - Access Control Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients as a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Warrenton, GA, managing entry points, supporting badge checks, and conducting routine patrols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and emergency response activities
• Control entry and exit at gates, guard shacks, and/or reception points by checking identification, verifying credentials and work authorization, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate access logs
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other access control systems; report irregular activity and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or damage at the location
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and supporting arriving responders per post orders
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and the perimeter, and complete required patrol documentation and observations per site procedures

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Customer service experience
• Access control and/or badge experience
