Serve and safeguard clients in a food and beverage manufacturing and/or distribution location. Manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access control systems, and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Control access at entrances, gates, and receiving areas by checking identification and issuing temporary credentials
- Manage visitor logs and direct deliveries and pickups to designated areas
- Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarm panels and report irregular activity
- Respond to incidents and critical situations, documenting events and escalating to leadership or emergency responders
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production-adjacent areas, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
