Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol

About This Role

As an Unarmed Patrol Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in Durham, NC, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to deter security incidents and supporting access awareness at a leading tech and telecommunications location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees at a technology and data-focused location
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and manage access for deliveries and vendors
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Complete patrol logs and incident documentation, and communicate observations to leadership

Requirements

• 1+ years of security experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
