Serve and safeguard clients in a dynamic tech-focused environment by conducting routine patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and responding to security-related incidents in Santa Clara, CA. This role involves driving responsibilities and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual situations
- Monitor access points and common areas within the location, maintaining awareness of the environment and reporting concerns
- Document observations, incidents, and/or irregularities according to site and Allied Universal protocols
- Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or visitors to provide assistance and information
- Remain alert to potential security-related risks within a technology-focused environment and communicate findings to appropriate parties
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
