Security Guard - Patrol Driver

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by performing routine foot and vehicle patrols, supporting access control, and responding to security concerns with clear communication. This role involves driving and requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including offices, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations
• Monitor access control points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and visitor logs, reporting unusual conditions according to site procedures
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of security experience
• 21+ years of age
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• high school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of security experience required
