Security Guard - Flex Mobile Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as a Security Guard - Flex Mobile Patrol. This role focuses on maintaining security, responding to incidents, and providing customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transit location
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions per post orders
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of transit facilities, platforms, bus stops, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for suspicious behavior and/or hazards, and communicate conditions to dispatch and/or local authorities as needed
• Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and use radios and/or other communication devices to coordinate with Allied Universal and site personnel

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
