About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including chemical and petrochemical facilities, by conducting armed patrols and responding to incidents. This role involves maintaining a visible presence to deter security threats and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around facilities and their perimeters, observing for unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and help deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders, maintaining clear communication.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats to people, property, and materials.
• Follow all site-specific guidelines for handling hazardous materials and respond appropriately to chemical-related emergencies.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Nice to Have

• Armed guard card or license
• CPR certification
