Supervise activities in a volleyball gym, ensuring a safe and organized environment for players, spectators, and staff. This role requires providing high-level customer service and enforcing facility rules and policies.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and take-down of equipment
- Direct players to assigned areas
- Cleanup and oversight of facilities
- Record keeping
- Document game and/or incident reports
- Document accidents/injuries
- Manage conflicts
- Enforce school rules and Spokane Parks and Recreation policies regarding gym use
Requirements
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Able to work as a team member and/or independently
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Subject to background checks
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with recreation programs
- Previous team-sports experience
- Customer service experience
