The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales by providing an authentic and valuable experience to every customer, acting as a brand representative, and supporting store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values
• Initiate conversations, share advice, and provide product knowledge to customers
• Utilize technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions
• Deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience using available tools
• Contribute positively to the store environment by being respectful and helpful
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and supporting team needs
• Maintain Urban Outfitters’ visual and operational standards focusing on customer experience
• Support the shipment process to understand product flow and inventory
• Adhere to safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold company policies

Requirements
