About This Role

This Seasonal Project Coordinator role assists Project Managers with day-to-day operations, including managing smaller projects, handling administrative functions, and ensuring accurate financial processing. The position requires meticulous record-keeping and communication to support department activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work on smaller projects and communicate budgeting, production, and post-production information to relevant departments
  • Review, code, authorize, and submit all invoices, timecards, and expenses to accounting for assigned projects
  • Manage assigned projects through to final billing
  • Keep detailed records of assigned projects
  • Assist Project Managers with staying current with actualizing
  • Process paperwork and assist in the creation of a digital wrap binder
  • Be a resource to Project Managers on a day-to-day basis for any help required
  • Ensure paperwork and reports are filed and disseminated to appropriate Project Managers

Requirements

  • College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related, business, or Project Management program
  • 1-2 years professional office experience
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel and Teams
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with budgeting and planning/scheduling and managing of projects
  • Client handling experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Qualifications

  • College Degree-BA or BS in a Media related or business or Project Management program
  • 1-2 years professional office experience

Nice to Have

  • 1-3 years of Production and Post-Production experience
