Seasonal Media Management Specialist

About This Role

Process and protect incoming media assets to support the edit and conform process at NFL Films. This role ensures timely availability of media for various departments and maintains accurate workflow documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails and new entries in the media tracker
• Process media according to workorder specifications and established SOPs
• Accurately account for all media and workflow steps within the Films Footage Tracker
• Organize footage in the storage environment
• Use CatDV to input metadata and submit files into the Vantage transcoder
• Use media tracker to alert other departments to the progress of requested media
• Screen capture streaming media and social media clips
• Quality control all media
• Maintain communication with media coordinators, producers, editors and project managers
• Provide technical support for all media needs across outside departments

Requirements

• Professional media experience through internship, PA, or previous employment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Avid Media Composer
• Experience with Avid Interplay
• Experience with Final Cut Pro
• Experience with CatDV

Qualifications

• Professional media experience through internship, PA, or previous employment

Nice to Have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree
