Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

About This Role

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining in-stock product, and ensuring clean and safe store environments. This role involves merchandise resets, product displays, and adherence to merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and engage with customers as opportunities arise
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet specifications
• Move and replace beams and grids, rotate stock, build products, and display products according to instructions
• Identify damaged products, remove them from shelves, and deliver them to the Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area
• Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance of this information
• Ensure cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and gravity feed bins are placed appropriately
• Review, complete, and enter completion details for assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure all reset displays are safe and in working order, and repair/replace as needed
• Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and communicate them to management
• Adhere to all safety requirements and operate store equipment as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience

Nice to Have

• 6 Months of Lowe's sales floor experience
• 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
• 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
