Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

About This Role

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing SMART customer service, building vendor relationships, and ensuring merchandise resets are completed accurately. This role primarily focuses on in-stock maintenance, merchandising to planograms, and maintaining clean and safe stores, with occasional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures
• Build relationships with vendors, ensuring merchandise resets are completed to specifications
• Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities and needs
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
• Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, or loading merchandise
• Move or replace beams and grids, rotate stock, build and display products using power equipment
• Identify damaged products, remove them from shelves, and deliver to Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Identify damaged or missing signage, displays, and collateral and order replacements
• Confirm product pricing information is visible, clear, and resolve/replace missing labels
• Audit and update pricing labels inside and outside the store to ensure accuracy
• Remove all trash, move cardboard boxes to the bailer, and plastic wrap to the compactor
• Detect common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, communicating to management
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to job duties, including top stock safety and power equipment use

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement

Nice to Have

• 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
• 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
• 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
