Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

About This Role

This role provides merchandising services, ensuring proper product placement, signage, and inventory management, while also assisting customers when needed to maintain an organized and appealing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures
• Build relationships with vendors, ensuring merchandise resets meet Lowe's specifications
• Communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs to the Merchandising Service team
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution to leadership
• Engage with customers to understand needs, assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise
• Move or replace beams and grids, rotate stock, build products, and display products using power equipment
• Identify damaged products, remove them, and deliver to the Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area
• Ensure cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and gravity feed bins are placed appropriately to drive add-on sales
• Review, complete, and enter completion details for assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
• Maintain point-of-sale signage including bin and beam label stock, ensuring bin locators are placed and price changes are activated

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement

Nice to Have

• 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
• 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
• 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
