Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

About This Role

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides excellent customer service, ensures products are in-stock and correctly displayed according to planograms, and maintains a clean and safe store environment. This role contributes to the overall store appearance and customer experience, with a focus on merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and engage with customers when opportunities arise
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets are completed per specifications
• Move and replace beams and grids, rotate stock, and build displays using power equipment
• Identify and process damaged products, verify buyback items, and ensure proper shipping
• Maintain accurate product pricing, signage, and digital wayfinding information throughout the store
• Ensure proper placement of cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks, and gravity feed bins
• Review, complete, and enter details for assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure all reset displays are safe and in working order, and repair/replace as needed
• Adhere to all safety requirements and operate store equipment such as Zebra phone, computers, and CCTV surveillance system
• Maintain point-of-sale signage, bin plus beam label stock, and audit/update pricing labels for accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED General Studies

Nice to Have

• 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
• 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
• 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
