About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service and execute merchandising tasks, including setting up displays, managing inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety, predominantly on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with vendors, ensuring merchandise resets meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team on project priorities and needs.
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
  • Engage with customers to assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
  • Move or replace beams and grids, rotate stock, and build displays using power equipment.
  • Identify damaged products, remove them, and process them for Return to Manufacturer (RTM).
  • Identify and replace damaged or missing signage and ensure accurate product pricing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by removing trash and cardboard.
  • Operate store equipment such as Zebra phones, paging systems, and computers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience

Nice to Have

  • 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
  • 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks (planograms, displays)
  • 3 Months of experience operating power equipment (lifts, order pickers)
