Seasonal Guest Advocate

About This Role

This is a seasonal, part-time role at Target that involves various retail tasks such as cashier duties, stocking, fulfilling orders, and providing guest service, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations
• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities
• Deliver on sales goals
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
• Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain regular attendance
