The SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant will define system architecture, create functional designs, and configure CRM functionality within SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environments to meet client requirements. This role integrates packaged technology into clients' business operations to achieve business results.
Responsibilities
- Help define system and integration architecture, technical requirements, and functional designs
- Create functional designs, process flows, configuration specs, test cases, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures
- Work with the client supporting Discovery & Explore workshops to understand as-is current state, business pain points and confirm business requirements
- Build the required CRM functionality within SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environment (aka Cloud for Customer, C4C) to meet the client's requirements
- Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations
- Advise on capabilities and solutions of the SAP CX/CRM portfolio for sales automation and customer service processes, and implementation roadmaps
- Configure the solution and work with the Development team to design, build, test and deliver identified development objects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration
- 3+ years of experience in 'Lead to Cash' and 'Customer Service to Field Service' processes
- Some experience in SAP FSM and SAP CPQ Cloud solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build; 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration; 3+ years of experience in 'Lead to Cash' and 'Customer Service to Field Service' processes
Nice to Have
- Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Cloud
- Experience in SAP CPQ 2.0
- Experience in SAP OTC - Sales and Distribution
