About This Role

As an SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant at Deloitte Digital, you will design, develop, and re-engineer complex application components and integrate software packages for clients. This role involves using consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to integrate packaged technology into client business environments for optimal results. You will work within the Deloitte Customer team, empowering organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies and transformative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define system and integration architecture, technical requirements, and functional designs including Business blueprint, flow mapping, and business requirements analysis.
  • Create functional designs, process flows, configuration specifications, test cases, prototyping test planning and execution, training coordination, and documentation of operational support procedures.
  • Work with clients in Discovery & Explore workshops to understand current state, business pain points, and confirm business requirements.
  • Build required CRM functionality within SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud environment (C4C) to meet client needs.
  • Understand SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Cloud and SAP Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud functionality to meet end-to-end CX requirements.
  • Help clients define forward-looking business strategies related to digital transformations.
  • Advise on capabilities and solutions within the SAP CX/CRM portfolio for sales automation, customer service processes, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Configure the solution and collaborate with the Development team to design, build, test, and deliver identified development objects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration
  • 3+ years of experience in 'Lead to Cash' and 'Customer Service to Field Service' processes
  • Some experience in SAP FSM and SAP CPQ Cloud solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP CX implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud V1 / V2 and SAP BTP Build.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Cloud
  • Experience in SAP CPQ 2.0
  • Experience in SAP OTC - Sales and Distribution
