Salesforce Senior Consultant

About This Role

As a Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will identify business requirements, manage processes, and support Salesforce implementations to drive global customer transformation for clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements
• Perform requirements management
• Execute functional design
• Develop prototyping
• Design processes (including scenario design and flow mapping)
• Conduct testing
• Provide training
• Define support procedures
• Support implementations

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
