Salesforce Senior Consultant

About This Role

As a Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, managing them, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations, all to build deeper customer relationships and drive sustained growth for clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements for clients
• Perform requirements management
• Execute functional design and prototyping
• Design processes, including scenario design and flow mapping
• Conduct testing and provide training
• Define support procedures for implementations
• Support Salesforce implementations

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• 6+ years of consulting experience

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
