This Senior Consultant role within the Sales & Service team focuses on identifying business requirements, functional design, and supporting Salesforce implementations to enhance customer experiences and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements
- Perform requirements management
- Execute functional design
- Develop prototyping
- Design processes, including scenario design and flow mapping
- Conduct testing
- Provide training
- Define support procedures
- Support implementations
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
- Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
- 6+ years of consulting experience
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
