Salesforce Senior Consultant

About This Role

As a Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations, leveraging your expertise to enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and perform requirements management
• Conduct functional design and prototyping
• Design and map processes, including scenario design and flow mapping
• Perform testing and provide training
• Define and support implementation procedures

Requirements

• 6+ years of consulting experience
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
• 6+ years of consulting experience

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
