As a Senior Consultant on the Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, managing requirements, functional as well as process design, prototyping, testing, training team members, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design.

Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations
- Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience
- 6+ years of consulting experience
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience in one or more industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, or Media
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics) or CPQ technologies (BigMachines, Apttus, Cameleon)
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
