About This Role

Lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients, shaping business strategies, and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption. Drive business development and develop practitioners while ensuring compliance and data privacy.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech)
• 7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech)

Nice to Have

• 2+ active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, Health Cloud Accreditation)
• 2+ years implementing Health Cloud or patient services solutions
• 2+ years in commercial pharma functional domains
• 2+ years integrating Salesforce with MDM, data, or analytics platforms from a functional perspective
• 2+ years applying Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe), including backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and release planning using tools such as Jira
• 1+ years experience implementing privacy/security controls for HCP/patient data (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws) in Salesforce
