About This Role

Lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients. Shape business strategy, lead process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption, while driving business development, crafting proposals, and developing practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services, and field excellence
• Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design
• Guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption
• Drive business development activities, craft proposals
• Develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls

Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech)
• 7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 50%, on average

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience
• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences; 7+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations as program/delivery lead.

Nice to Have

• 2+ active Salesforce certifications
• 2+ years implementing Health Cloud or patient services solutions
• 2+ years in commercial pharma functional domains
• 2+ years integrating Salesforce with MDM, data, or analytics platforms
• 2+ years applying Agile delivery practices (Scrum/SAFe)
• 1+ years experience implementing privacy/security controls for HCP/patient data (e.g., HIPAA, state privacy laws) in Salesforce
