About This Role

The Salesforce Business Development Representative will drive incremental sales pipeline, build relationships with partners, and identify new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental sales pipeline and support existing customer requests
  • Work with Demand Gen to build and execute ABM Campaigns with prospects
  • Follow up and create relationships with Salesforce, Amazon, and CLM Partner networks
  • Build an accurate sales pipeline via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage the life cycle of a client and/or opportunity, and accurately track customer interactions
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Work collaboratively with Demand Generation, Partner Comms, and Sales to generate demand and nurture relationships
  • Log and track meetings generated from BDR follow up in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience
  • Hunter mentality and driven to find key stakeholders and new business opportunities
  • Competitive nature and confident demeanor
  • Required to work from our Burlington or Boston office at least 3x/week

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or inside sales experience (preferably in Saas, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem)

  • Experience in Saas, AWS, or Salesforce ecosystem
  • Passion for contributing to the growth and overall success of the business
  • Track record of being a high achiever in past organizations
