The Salesforce Administrator manages and secures the Salesforce-based Wealth Management platform and associated advisor technology tools. This role ensures compliance, reliability, and adoption of key technologies and serves as the primary liaison between MACU IT, LPL, and Wealth teams, mitigating risk and driving efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce platform including user provisioning, permissions, security, layouts, automation, reports, and dashboards
- Manage backups and disaster recovery, troubleshoot API-limit failures, and perform ongoing platform troubleshooting
- Oversee mobile app deployment and Intune integration for secure user access
- Maintain and monitor LPL to Salesforce and data automation feeds and support LPL to MACU data warehouse pipeline
- Implement Salesforce security hardening and evaluate advanced security features
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with clear acceptance criteria
- Serve as primary interface with LPL IT, MACU IT, Telephony, and Data teams
- Drive adoption and training for solution rollouts and build advisor dashboards and process automation in Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of direct Salesforce administration experience with progressive technical leadership
- 2+ years of technical experience (data, API, or compliance workflow related)
- Strong knowledge of integrations, API monitoring, and compliance workflows
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and liaison capabilities
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of direct Salesforce administration experience with progressive technical leadership and 2+ years of technical experience (data, API, or compliance workflow related)
Nice to Have
- Experience with FMG (Salesforce synchronized marketing workflows)
- Experience with Coconut for appointment scheduling
- Experience with Ring Central for integrated telephony features
- Salesforce Administrator certification
