Manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce platform for a leader in health data exchange. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless operation, user adoption, and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage user and license accounts, assign roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting
- Implement configuration changes including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using Flow Builder
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing with tools like Data Loader to maintain data quality
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights and KPI tracking
- Design, build, and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Monitor system performance, install and test Salesforce updates in a sandbox environment, and document changes
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to increase platform adoption
- Support management and integration of third-party applications and external systems with Salesforce
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, layouts, and security controls
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management best practices
- Familiarity with data management tools like Demand Tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a team environment
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Basic knowledge of Apex or SQL
