About This Role

This role involves leading direct sales efforts in a designated territory, engaging with small and medium-sized businesses to promote supplemental insurance products and services. The Sales Team Lead will balance active sales participation with training and mentoring new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in a designated territory
• Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries
• Forge direct connections with business owners and decision-makers
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees
• Conduct personalized interactions with business owners, benefits managers, and employees
• Deliver product presentations to groups ranging from 50 to 100+ individuals
• Actively participate in sales activities
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members
• Support sales staff and increase sales

Qualifications
