Sales Support Representative

About This Role

This role will support customers on the showroom floor and assist Outside Sales Associates by performing administrative functions to ensure customer needs are met. The Sales Support Representative will also provide personalized customer service through timely quotes and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor
• Increase knowledge of entire product offering
• Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates
• Work with Showroom Sales consultants by performing administrative functions to meet customer needs
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing
• Update customer contracts
• Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
• Answer sales calls for general information

• Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales, time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred; 1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury environment or equivalent preferred
