As a Counter Sales Representative, you will assist customers in choosing the right products, process orders, and maintain store appearance. This role involves customer service, operational duties, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
- Process orders via order management system
- Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
- Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
- Maintain a safe working environment including PPE
- May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid state issued license
- General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
- General math skills
- Ability to learn
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience preferred
