Join a leading home services provider as a Sales Lead Generator, engaging customers in a national retail store to schedule free in-home consultations for HVAC and related services.
Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store
- Engage customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
- Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
