Sales Lead Generator

About This Role

Generate interest in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services by engaging retail customers and scheduling free in-home consultations or selling HVAC system tune-ups. This role is responsible for driving sales leads within a national retail home improvement store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
• Schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors
• Sell HVAC system tune-ups to customers with newer systems

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Nice to Have

• Sales experience
• Bilingual (preferred)
