In-Home Comfort Advisor - Sales

About This Role

Serve as an In-Home Comfort Advisor, executing face-to-face consultative sales presentations to residential clients. Provide expert guidance on HVAC system upgrades and energy-saving enhancements to formulate customized proposals and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face consultative sales presentations with residential clients
• Provide expert guidance to homeowners on upgrading to high-efficiency HVAC systems and improving indoor air quality
• Establish immediate trust and rapport while performing comprehensive needs assessments
• Formulate customized, solution-based proposals
• Successfully convert opportunities into closed sales by clearly articulating promotional offers and financing programs
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the operations/installation departments
• Meticulously confirm details to guarantee exceptional post-sale service delivery

Requirements

• Experience in outside or in-home sales (HVAC, windows, roofing, pest control, home security, etc.)
• Proven success in consultative sales and closing deals
• Ability to travel to customer appointments within assigned territories
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize earning potential
• Clean driving record
