About This Role

Join ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, by engaging customers in retail stores to schedule in-home consultations for HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
  • Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors
  • Attend weekly in-office meetings

Requirements

  • Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
  • Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
  • Must pass background check

Qualifications

  • Sales experience a plus but not required
