About This Role

Engage retail customers face-to-face to discuss HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency, scheduling in-home consultations or selling HVAC System Tune-Ups. Work for a leading residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service provider.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
• Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors
• Sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups for newer systems
• Approach and engage retail shoppers
• Attend weekly in-office meetings

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check

Qualifications

• Entry level with sales experience a plus

Nice to Have

• Face to face sales experience preferred
