Engage customers in a retail environment to generate leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, scheduling in-home consultations or selling tune-ups. This role contributes to securing new business for ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential home services.
Responsibilities
- Work inside a national retail home improvement store
- Engage customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
- Schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors
- Sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups for newer systems
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
- Clean, professional appearance
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Must pass background check
