Sales Lead Generation Specialist

About This Role

Engage customers in a retail environment to generate leads for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, scheduling in-home consultations or selling tune-ups. This role contributes to securing new business for ARS, the nation's largest provider of residential home services.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store
• Engage customers in conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
• Schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors
• Sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups for newer systems

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check
