Sales Lead Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves handling sales calls from customers, providing product and pricing information, accurately processing sales orders, and coordinating purchases and installations. It also includes preparing sales reports, updating lead databases, and performing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales calls from existing and potential customers
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Provide information to customers to aid in purchasing decisions
• Accurately process sales orders from incoming calls and outside sales representatives
• Prepare purchase orders, assign order numbers, and coordinate purchases from suppliers/in-house inventory
• Receive/create sales leads and referrals, provide customer assistance, and refer calls to appropriate outside sales representatives
• Calculate costs and prepare contracts for services and products
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and price quotations
• Travel to job sites to coordinate aspects of job and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments
• Prepare sales reports, update lead database, and perform administrative support
• Schedule installations, oversee ordering of equipment and materials, and provide general installation instruction

Requirements

• 2 years customer service experience (inbound/outbound calls)
• Computer proficiency
• Experience using Microsoft Products
• Experience using multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls. Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
