Join Closets by Design as a Sales Design Consultant to help clients organize their homes. This role involves building rapport, assessing needs, and educating customers on products and services.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments, utilizing provided leads and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities for custom organizational systems
- Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services
- Apply sales training and communication skills to assist residential customers with home organizational needs
Requirements
- Coach-able candidates
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Qualifications
- No sales experience necessary; complete 12-week sales training
