This role combines sales and design, where you will meet clients in their homes, design custom organizing systems, and close sales. You will be provided with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training to help homeowners transform their living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Visit clients' homes to design custom organizing systems using cabinets and shelves
- Take measurements and create design plans on paper
- Provide cost estimates to clients and close sales with a signature
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs and desired designs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities for custom organizing systems
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers
Requirements
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience needed
