About This Role

This Sales Coordinator role provides administrative support to management and executives, focusing on sales-related events, presentations, reports, and coordinating home shipments for Palm Harbor Homes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipping homes upon completion
  • Assist account sales managers and the dealer network in processing orders
  • Create marketing materials to promote products
  • Assist with the assembly of monthly sales reports
  • Communicate with all levels of employees and management
  • Manage the Sales Configurator (Deacom)
  • Answer phones and provide factory tours

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Publisher
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
