Sales Associate

About This Role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide an incredible customer experience by assisting with sales, product knowledge, and various store operations. You will support the store team in maintaining an inviting and efficient retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a sales-driven environment of genuine customer experience and demonstrate extraordinary service standards
• Deliver high-quality product services such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines
• Support store team with receiving shipment and preparing product for floor placement
• Plan for, track and communicate all in transit shipment information to the leadership team
• Maintain an efficient and well-organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees
• Assist in and/or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels
• Demonstrate loss prevention awareness through assisting in cycle counts and transfers
• Participate in ongoing staff education and through the sharing of product knowledge
• Assist in the maintenance of the building facilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
• Reliable commute to and from the work location
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week
• Available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
• Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and clientele
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency
