About This Role

Spencer's is looking for a Sales Associate to maintain guest services and support the Store Management Team by driving sales, conducting merchandising, and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
• Support the Store Management Team by generating sales
• Conduct housekeeping duties
• Perform merchandising tasks
• Handle signing and pricing of products
• Operate POS systems
• Implement loss prevention strategies in adherence to Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours

Qualifications

• Entry level retail experience preferred, minimum age 17 required.
