The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest services, driving sales, and maintaining store operations. This role involves merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, and point-of-sale activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
- Generate sales
- Conduct housekeeping duties
- Perform merchandising tasks
- Manage signing and pricing of products
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age of 17
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
